Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed with Pegasus Carbon (online shop, phone, fax, mail, verbal, or e-mail), either directly or through a dealer, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the conditions listed below:
Import fees
Payment of import fees, such as taxes and duty, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Satisfaction guarantee returns
Special orders are not eligible to the below satisfaction guarantee.
Regular ordered parts can be returned within 10 days of delivery confirmation (tracking number) if they are in their original state and packaging and has never been used, modified or painted. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply in case of refund. If the buyer decides to return any part of the order, he or she must contact by email sales@pegasuscarbon.com within this 10 days delay with details on reason for return and with pictures of the parts proving it is still in its original state and not damaged as part of unpacking, installation or usage. Pegasus Carbon will review the request for return and reply with approval or rejection with explanation or with request for additional details. If compliant to the current terms and conditions, the request will be approved for return and buyer will receive by email a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions and address for shipping return. Returned products must be received back at Pegasus Carbon within 10 days of issuing the return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the packages being returned.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Upon receipt of returned parts, Pegasus Carbon shall inspect the parts to determine their exact condition. If Pegasus Carbon does not accept the goods as being returnable under the current terms and conditions, buyer must accept any incurred costs. All returns, regardless of the underlying reason, must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent shipping collect or without RA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Otherwise, neither Pegasus Carbon nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to Pegasus Carbon.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
Product Warranty returns & exchange
All ordered items, unless specifically stated in product description and/or invoice during purchase process, are eligible to the below product warranty terms and conditions.
The product warranty is defined as a 6 month warranty period and can only be claimed/requested by the original buyer following one of the product defects listed in this section under warranty. If compliant to the current warranty terms and conditions, Pegasus Carbon commit itself to the following:
- Product is repaired, exchanged by a similar but new product or refunded at the choice of Pegasus Carbon.
If the buyer decides to raise a warranty claim of any part of the order, he or she must contact by email sales@pegasuscarbon.com within the warranty period with details on reason for claim and with pictures of the parts. Pegasus Carbon will review the request for warranty claim and provide approval or rejection with explanation or with request for additional details. If compliant to the current terms and conditions, the request will be approved for return and buyer will receive by email a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions and address for shipping return. Returned products must be received back at Pegasus Carbon within 10 days of issuing the return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the packages being returned.

Warranty only applies to the following product defects:
- Product delamination between clear coat and carbon or carbon and plastic backing
- Surface finish degradation since date of purchase:
- Carbon fiber print-through surface severely impacting surface polish
- Surface transparency and color degradation (Note: like car paint, slight fading and discoloration is natural. The warranty only covers more noticeable cases.)
- Appearance of voids or bubbles larger than 1/8"
- Surface appearance cracking or fragility
Warranty disclaimers:
- Any fitment issues should be raised against the "Fitment Guarantee". Warranty do not apply for fitment issues
- Appearance of non-visible product areas (once fitted/installed) are not covered by warranty (e.g.: plastic back-side of trims)
- Any characteristics present at time of purchase are not covered by warranty as it should be raised against the "Satisfaction Guarantee"
- All products require professional installation. Any issues resulting of improper installation process compliance will not be considered covered by warranty
- Products must be used under normal conditions. Defect resulting to a product being exposed to severe environment conditions are not covered by warranty (e.g.: severe heat, aggressive chemical exposition, repeated/long exposure to severe humidity, etc.)

Fitment Guarantee
Parts fitment is guarantee. For any fitment related satisfaction issues, part can be returned within 10 days of receipt if they are in their original state and packaging and has never been modified or painted. If the buyer decides to return any part of the order, he or she must contact by email sales@pegasuscarbon.com within this 10 days delay with details on reason for return and with pictures of the parts proving it is still in its original state and demonstrating the fitment issue. Pegasus Carbon will review the request for return and reply with approval or rejection with explanation or with request for additional details. If compliant to the current terms and conditions, the request will be approved for return and buyer will receive by email a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions and address for shipping return. Returned products must be received back at Pegasus Carbon within 10 days of issuing the return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the packages being returned.

Note: For fitment issues resulting into the incapacity to install the component or resulting into a visible gap bigger than 1/8", the part will be considered as a defect and Pegasus Carbon will exchange or refund (at the choice of Pegasus Carbon) the buyer including the initial and the return shipping costs. Special orders can only be returned, refund or exchanged if those specific "Defect" conditions are met.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email stating that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please refer to the "Satisfaction Guarantee Returns" and the "Warranty return & exchange" sections for details.
Shop Credits (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email stating that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval status of your shop credits.
If the return is approved, the shop credits will be sent by mail with instructions. Please refer to the "Satisfaction Guarantee Returns" and the "Warranty return & exchange" sections for details.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
If no proof of refund is found on your statement, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, contact your personal bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Damage
Pegasus Carbon packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Pegasus Carbon from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
All damages must be notified to carrier and Pegasus Carbon within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to Pegasus Carbon and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. Pegasus Carbon, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
Shipping Errors
If the buyer receives an incorrect item due to Pegasus Carbon error, buyer must inform Pegasus Carbon by email at sales@pegasuscarbon.com within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Pegasus Carbon will then arrange a pick up of the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.
